Windmill

This is a typical Dutch windmill. Not really time-period appropriate but hey, it looks cool.
The windmill produces planks from wood and has place for two workers.

Converts 2 wood into 2 planks (per "work-tick")

As always: let me know if there's any issues

Keep an eye on the building cost and upkeep cost. This might need some finetuning.

To Do:
-Animation triggered by work instead of continuous.
-Some extra UV wrapping for the building phase
-Naming things
-Adding a second production option (and maybe more)
-Adding differet models (more time-period appropriate)
-Cost balancing
-Building paths
-Whatever I think of
