Rustic Church Rework

Many players have complained that the Rustic Church has a thatched roof for the core, but a shingle roof on the bell towers. This mod adds a core, extension and door which all have the same shingle roof as the bell towers.

The upkeep cost of these parts is also reduced by half or more, compared to the normal costs. This reflects what I think is a more realistic cost for what is, after all, a basic village church.

Currently it is impossible to change the cost of the normal parts, so they remain as before.
