I have this same problem and unsure of the cause. Map played good and first encountered this problem while on the north farm of the map. It continues to stall the game causing any AI you have running to skip spots on fields and the vehicle you are driving will be uncontrollable for a few seconds before going back to normal.
Any insight would be appreciated, otherwise a fantastic map!
