Vulcan MK.3 export variant-heavy fighter

This variant of the Vulcan fighter has less weapons on it I removed 2 machine guns and the 2 rocket mounts and it has a down graded armor layout and is slightly less maneuverable.

The point of a export variant is to give it to other players but you still keep the better version of the Vulcan giving you an advantage in any type of combat

this fighter works in survival mode
