VOLVO 2009 NEW LIGHTBOX DECAL

- As the title implies, this mod changes the default light-box texture for Volvo 2009
- It adds the texture found at Volvo Trucks in 2012, Globetrotter cab sign
- Tested on 1:21 but Should fine on all versions, no errors
