Improved Traffic Density [1.32.x]

Hi,

This mod not only increases traffic density, but also changes its behavior to create a more loaded and more fluid experience.

? Increase traffic in general, which creates a more realistic feel

? Dynamic density based on time of day, peak peak hours, quiet nights and everything in between

? Queues that do build up are quicker to filter away

Mod was tested on ETS2 1.32.x.x, but it should work on older game versions too.
