Vehicle Swap Extended

With this mod you can switch vehicle swapping between:
- all vehicles (default behavior)
- all vehicles except trains and only vehicles of your current farm
- no vehicle swapping
- default keybind is numpad minus
It's also possible to disable swapping to individual vehicles separately
- default keybind is numpad plus
It's also possible to reset all disabled swapping vehicles
- default keybind is numpad multiply
