Vangaurd

Reworked interior of the WS-Vanguard added stairs to all levels. The main ship has gravity through out. Moved two hydrogen tanks to engine pods and added two. Moved one reactor to engine pods and added matching one. Added connector to elevator and main hanger to park two Cursor ships. Added exterior weapons.
