Tutorial: Silo-level change

So now one tutorial on how to change the Silofüllstand. The one heißst from 20,000 l eg wheat 50.000l makes 0l or to any other amount. I have it saved as a Word 97-2003 file so that even people with older versions of Word to read the tutorial can.
