TFTD Vanilla/DOS - Gauss Coelecanth Research Fix

Tiny little 4-line mod that makes the Gauss Coelecanth available at a sensible time of the game. With the stock prerequisites you basically unlock it at the same time as the Sonic Displacer, making the Coelecanth a complete joke.

One of several mods I'm publishing to make the game a little closer to the Vanilla/DOS experience.
