TFTD - No Underwater Weapons

Ever wanted to bring heavy weapons on TFTD's surface missions? Well now you can! Still no DPL though... wouldn't want to give the aliens the advantage would we? No really, I didn't include the DPL because the surface missions are hard enough to begin with.
