To Install:

• Extract the zip into the Dusk SDK directory (SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Dusk\SDK\mnt\local)
• Open the SDK, go to "Modding," check the box next to the mod name and select "Apply"
• Select the level in "Campaign" -> "Custom Level"
