Tatra Phoenix truck

- This mod adds a Tatra truck Phoenix to DAF dealers
- Has DAF interior and sounds
- Does not support paint yet
- Tandem chassis and trailers: such as forestry and tippers
- Lights addons: such as red beacon and Hella Lights alongwith default ones
- Interior addons: such as hanging dices and Garmin GPS
- Manifest files are included
