Starwars Rendering (Skybox)

Provides Renderer Modifications, to enhance Visuals for the Project.
This also changes the default backdrop to a custom starfield, and modifies the Highlight glow to be less obvious & a light blue.
This does not conflict with Speed Mods, and Skybox Mods can casually override the background, however not sure if such a skybox would override the rendering changes.

This mod is designed to allow the Project to enhance visuals & create that Starwars Space Environment, while also improving interaction visuals.

• New Skybox.
• Modified Renderering.
• No Speed Modifications, Feel free to add a Speed mod.
• Modified Highlight on Objects, presenting a Light-Blue, with more subtle edges.
