Lease out your horse stalls and earn passive income while others care for their horses!

With this mod, you receive $400 per horse each month, provided their health is above 80%. You’ll still need to feed them, but cleaning is automatically handled by the horse owners.

Note: Riding levels do not increase, so the horses' sale value remains unchanged. Rent is collected at midnight.
