The is a placeable building that automatically washes, repairs, and paints your vehicles when they are parked in the service area.

• Actions are performed every few seconds.
• Washing: 10%
• Repair: 5%
• Painting: 2%
• No additional cost per action – monthly maintenance fee only.

Three versions available:

• With Coater: $30,000 build cost, $10,000/month
• Without Coater: $10,000 build cost, $4,000/month
• Used Lift Version (No Coater): $10,000 build cost, $4,000/month
