SpeedMod

Modifies player speed in various ways.

Possible mutators:

LazyMode : 80% player speed, default animations
HardcoreLazyMode : 80% player speed, hardcore animations
AmateurHardcore : Hardcore speed (60%), default animations

Other combinations have been covered elsewhere, I think. The LazyMode was my goal for the mod, I think it has a nice balance with not being too fast like regular mode, and still not as slow as the hardcore mode. The other mutators are just bonuses when I first was at it.
