Speed ??Level Update

Hello,
here have for you the speed Mod Level Update
The mod allows you in SP, MP (As host) or as an admin on the dedicated server, the speed limit of cultivator or drill
for example, to reduce by 2 to 1 or vice versa.
The whole is global for all.
The switching is done via the "5" key,
but it is also displayed above as help text if one is sitting in a vehicle.
