Sorting for Panels and Roads

This mod adds a new category for "Road and Signage" to your build menu. It's especially useful if you use mods with placeable road signs and traffic elements.
Originally created by Snakebizzle, this version includes modifications to support the new category.

Now compatible with non-French game versions.
