Skate Dice

Hi,

This is my first mod and at first, I would like to thank DawgVinci, as I used some of his code and a lot of his help. :D What I aimed for is basic Skate Dice, as you know it from videos on Youtube. There is betting system to make it fun and more addicting. (hahaha) Hope you like it.
