Developed by Carcosa Industries the Shepard Class was intended to be a mining vessel unfortunately the Roving Death Gangs of Pertam had other ideas namely one King Kay of the Yellow Kings Gang who uses this for everything. As such the Yellow Kings are the dominate gang on Pertam and fortunately they don't eat people so I guess that's a good thing.
