SCANIA RJL IMPROVEMENTS CABLES PATCH 1.31.X

It's just a patch that waiting for RJL Main Update won't take so long.

 Black Amber
 Bluestream
and Airhose 1

I just release this because so many Guys are asking and we don't know how long it will take!
