Reverse camera for New Scania R and S

This mod adds the image from the right side mirror to the left side of the windscreen in a navigator housing.

Only works with the new Scania R and S. The Cabin Accessories DLC is needed !!!

Tested with Patch 1.30 and Scandinavia / Going East and Vive la France DLC.
