Reupload of Generic Admin Menu to fix spawning issues
Mod.io sometimes does not update the mods correctly and that causes issues, in this case it's that you aren't allowed to spawn if generic admin menu is outdated/corrupted/whatever else
I did not develop this mod, Squackety2 did.
