Rent Income Manager

What It Does
Generate passive income by creating custom rental properties. Set your own rent amounts and choose payment intervals to simulate rental income while you farm.

How It Works
- Add properties with custom names and rent values
- Choose payment intervals between 1 and 30 in-game days
- Rent is automatically paid at 10:00 AM on the scheduled day
- View all transactions in the payment history log

Example
Property: “Downtown Apartment”
Rent: $2,500
Interval: 3 days
Result: You receive $2,500 every 3 in-game days

Controls
Press SHIFT + ; to open the menu (customizable in game settings or modDesc.xml)

Use Case
Perfect for players looking for a steady stream of passive income. For example, if you play with 3-day months and want monthly rent, just set the interval to 3. The system pays exactly as configured.
