Remember Player Positions

This mod saves the player's last position in the savegame.
When loading or joining a game, you will spawn at your last location. If you were in a vehicle and it hasn't moved, you will spawn inside it.

Changelog:
1.0.2.1: Workaround for server player being placed into the vehicle the client should spawn in.
1.0.2.0: Players now spawn inside the vehicle they were in.
1.0.1.0: Positions are now also saved when leaving a multiplayer server.
