This beta version includes several improvements:

• Access the RVB menu only while seated in a vehicle.
• Vehicles can now only be repaired at the base vehicle workshop triggers, improving usability.
• The generator charges the battery only when the engine is running above idle RPM.
• Batteries can also be charged at electric stations or at the workshop if they drop below 10%.
