Print Bot Count

For those simply wanting to know with certainty the bot counts before moving forward or troubleshooting how their local/server settings affect bot counts throughout the round here you go. By default this only displays when the bot count changes and is checked every second. For testing purposes it may be nice to simply stream the bot counts so bStream can be set and the frequency of the stream set by UpdateFrequency.
