Placeable Material Discharge

This mod adds specializations for placeables to enhance their functionality, especially for modders.

Included Specializations:

• productionDischargeable – Allows production points to discharge specific fill types.
• materialDischargeable – Generates and discharges specific fill types.

Fully multiplayer compatible.
