Paint and Terraform Anywhere

This mod enhances the Landscaping Tools, allowing you to paint and terraform anywhere, regardless of land ownership. Additionally, it lets you place trees anywhere, even on roads or near placeables.

It's ideal for fixing mistakes, such as placing a structure too close to a road, correcting misaligned terrain, or filling in troublesome holes near placeables. The freedom to paint and terraform without boundaries makes this mod a must-have for creative landscaping.

New in FS25:

• Dependency on Multiplayer Permissions:
• Hosts or Game Admins can use landscaping tools anywhere.
• Players with "Landscaping" permissions can landscape within their farm-owned area without building restrictions.
• Players without "Landscaping" permissions cannot use landscaping tools.
