Nuclear Reactor Mod

Adds a nuclear reactor that produces 25,000 W that runs off nuclear fuel cells which can be made in the laboratory from copper ore. The reactor still does not have proper texture but should work with curvature and includes steam particle effects. To install just unzip and plop into the mod folder.
