No More Tailings Mod

This mod will make it so NO TAILINGS will be generated on your server. Do you just like to build and not worry about tailings? Then this mod is for you.
*** If you do not want tailings and ALSO want my Super Stack mod to have 1000 size stacks, DO NOT use this mod, use the Super Stack **NO TAILINGS** mod here
