Welcome to – a detailed and immersive map set in the beautiful Oberpriegnitz region of Germany. This is my second map release and offers a rich farming experience with a variety of features.

Key Features:
- 51 fields of various sizes
- A farm divided into four parts, each with its own buildings and functions
- Six additional purchasable pastures
- Built-in BGA (not in original location)
- Multiple animal pens: cowsheds, sheep/goat pastures, chicken coops, pigpen, and horse stable
- Multi-production facility for producing diesel, seeds, fertilizer, lime, liquid fertilizer, herbicide, compost, mineral feed, TMR, and pig feed
- Realistic terrain and road network based on actual location
- Train system with reactivated train silo (new savegame required)
- Most productions require electricity
- AutoDrive courses included (select 'No' when prompted to recalculate)

Note: A new savegame is absolutely necessary due to terrain changes and new stations.
