MZKT-741351 Name Conversion

Modification adds a new Kolob-74760, renamed to MZKT-741351 with the correct engine name and power, gearbox, correct fuel tank capacity. 3 different lifts, all add-ons, and new tires are now available. It is also no longer region locked.

I also introduced some ranking and pricing difficulties aside from being able to acquire the truck at rank 1.

This truck comes with a 16Liter 805HP, 2000ft-lb torque engine, as well as a 6-speed and 9-speed transmission. This truck is capable of 65mph IRL, and it is capable of the same speed in game.

I am sharing this because its something I use personally.
