More Colours for all Original SCS Vehicles v 1.1

Adds many new colors to all original SCS AI vehicles.
Should work with any game version.

Disabled some strange colors Which i disliked after a while of driving.
But added some more. Now there are around 100 differnet colors.
The colors are now distributed over all cars. This had not worked properly at my first version.

If there is interest for colors like, Pink, Pink, Fire Red, Neon Green etc, just tell me. I don't like them, but i can do a separate mod for this one.
