Adds an interface that lets you edit your weapons' stats on the fly

You can edit

  • Windup and Combo windup
  • Whether the weapon can combo
  • Release and recovery time
  • X and Y turncap
  • Weapon length

F4 to open the interface

/!\ There's some weird bug with changing animation timing, i'm looking into it /!\

    Added replication stuff so the changes aren't just client side
    There's some kind of bug with changing animation times rn (windup,release,combo and probably recovery too). i'm looking into it
    I'm also gonna look into making terracot work with this map and adding a couple other duel/skm map
