MKS8 Tank Edit

This is a customized version of the MKS8 tank trailer with several enhancements:

• Multilingual configuration support (Russian, Dutch, Polish, Czech, Spanish, Portuguese, Brazilian Portuguese, Italian)
• Additional filltypes supported: slurry, silage, diesel, goat milk, and digestate additive
• Customizable colors for rims, hubs, and tank body
• Beacon light configuration (with or without)
• New Michelin Bibload wheel configuration
• Adjustable capacity: 8000 L, 16000 L, 20000 L
• Clean log, tested with Testrunner v0.9.10
