Lock Steering Axle

Small script for manual locking of steering axles.

Version 1.0.0.1: The Nardi header trolleys now work with the mod. You can no longer lock anything on them.

I've made a little script that enables the steering axles on trailers to be locked and unlocked. Think much more is never to say. : D

Keyboard:
Controller (X-Box): LB + control pad right
