Inside, the lights are manually controlled, while the exterior lamps above the gates automatically illuminate at night. Customize the exterior walls with your choice of colors, either by mixing your own or selecting from the default game palette and 25 special Lizard colors.

Maximize efficiency by adding solar panels on the roof, with various configuration options available. Each panel costs $265, generating an income of $21.6 per month under optimal weather conditions.

• Vehicle Shelter - Open, Big: Partially covered with one side gate. Price: $138,000. Daily upkeep: $40.
• Vehicle Shelter - Open, Small: Price: $96,500. Daily upkeep: $30.

Changelog 1.1.0.0: Fixed issues with tip collisions inside the buildings. Lamps will no longer block tips in inappropriate areas for newly placed buildings. For existing issues, PC users can use the console command gsTipCollisionsUpdate to update the area, while console users should sell and replace the building.
