Lease to Own Equipment

This mod enables you to purchase leased equipment at a reduced price, factoring in the lease fees you've already paid. It follows the base game's leasing rates and conditions.

The discount on the purchase price is limited to a maximum of 20 hours of use and 3 years of lease. Any lease payments beyond these limits will not further reduce the purchase price.

The residual value after lease is set at 22% of the original price, ensuring that the purchase option doesn't result in a negative cost or unintended profit.
