CLASSIC ETS2 MENU MUSIC V1.0

This is a small mod for getting back the old menu music from older versions of ETS2. For example, the truck upgrade music. This is not the music of 18WoS. The classic payment sound isn't restored, maybe I'll add this in the next version.
