Improved Field Lease (PL)

I haven't received a Polish version from the author, so I'm giving you mine
Not only does the mod have the Polish language added, but administrative costs are reduced and the daily cost is reduced so that, at the economic level, the difficult field does not take more than you are able to earn or your income is slightly above zero.
Just change the mod to this one for it to work
