Improved Coelacanth Stats

Simple mod that gives the Coelacanth/Aqua Jet, Coelacanth/Gas Cannon, and Coelacanth/Gauss the armour stats of the Displacers. It's modified from the XcomUtil Improved Ground Tanks mod that's included with OpenXcom and shouldn't cause any issues.

Specifically armour is increased from 90, 75, 60, 60 (Front, Left/Right, Rear, Under.) to 130, 130, 130, 100.
