IHC 553

This is my IHC 553 based on my own CMA series mod and ihcfaora's 353.
here are the quirks and features
power: 53hp
wheels: many
different design configs
working Agriomatic system (see pic2)
new grill and sides
and many features the original has
this mod is far from done and i will improve it. if you find bugs or have problems let me know.
