Hanger Expansion Mod [X-Com Files]

I wanted to add the hanger expansion component to X-Com Files, which already had the living spaces and general stores upgrades. I stripped out everything except the hanger upgrades, organized it and made it compatible with X-Com Files progression (you can't get these upgrades for a while into the game, wink wink... read the rul file for spoilers), to include some of the enhancement regular hangers get in X-Com Files.
