Grass Painting

Hi there,

Version 1.0.3
Added regrowing cut grass.
All stages, except the "no growth" variant of cut grass, behave when using machines as if it were planted in a field.

I always missed being able to "paint" normal grass ingame.
I made a little girl for everyone.
PS: Medium and low grass grows :)
