This fictional area is set in the southeastern US, featuring a picturesque landscape with a lake surrounded by vast evergreen forests and rolling hills. At its heart lies the lively village of Forest Hills. To the south, a large industrial area hosts numerous production sites. The western region boasts lush farmland and extensive forests, while the east features a large wood production area and a swamp along the river's western bank. Two trains traverse the landscape, supplying goods to various productions and servicing a neighboring town.

Fully compatible with Precision Farming, including a custom soil map. The map features a modified crop calendar, upgraded corn textures, additional ground angles, a row crop system, stubble destruction, mowable bushes, and enhanced mud physics. All ground textures on the map are paintable.

Enhanced Animal System:

Sheep and chickens now produce manure and slurry when placed in compatible barns. Custom bunker silos are compatible with the new crops.

Compatibility with Highlands Fishing DLC:

• 3 drivable boats (1 available with the starting farm, 2 additional regardless of farm choice) preplaced on the map. In multiplayer, boats are only usable by the host. In single player, they work perfectly.

When the high school is purchased, the football field can be mowed. It is recommended to roll the field after mowing for better visibility of the markings.

Sleep and Wardrobe triggers can be purchased and placed at any location you own on the map.
