Fleetstar 2070a military

This is my Military version of International Fleetstar 2070A. The MOD works with subscribe option.

List of changes compared to the original:

- Always Difflock

- 2 New engines

- Added more wheels in bigger size

- Changed wheels dimentionas

- Added 4 more bumpers

- Changed some sounds

- Increased the mass of vehicle

- Improved center of the mass
