[Female] "Thug Usagi" Sailor Moon Shirt

As there aren't that many shirt designs for the girl skater as of yet, I wanted to be one of the first to include one. I always felt this would be a cool graphic to use. The original artist is asieybarbie with further credits in the description.

Extract png file to C:\Users\username\Documents\SkaterXL\Gear

Make the folder in your Documents folder if one doesn't exist.
