Enclosed Work Trailer Edit

This is an edited version of the original enclosed work trailer. All credit goes to the original modder; I only take credit for the modifications I've made.

What's new in this version:
- Added pod strobes to enhance roadside safety
- Reworked strobe light XML and i3d files
- Fixed taillight issues – signal and brake lights now function properly
